Sweet Potato Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed, or 4 c. canned
    2/3 stick oleo (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar (1/2 white and 1/2 brown)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes and oleo with dry ingredients.
    Blend in milk and eggs.
    Pour into square baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
