Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. bulk sausage
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler.
    Crumble sausage over Bisquick. Add melted cheese and mix with hands.
    Shape into walnut-size balls.
    Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
