Tasty Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen black-eyed peas
1 1/4 cups chopped green pepper
3/4 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoon bacon drippings
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can whole tomatoes (undrained) chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Cook black-eyed peas according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Saute green pepper and onion in bacon drippings until tender. Add peas, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring often.
