Goose Liver Dip Or Braunschweiger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. goose liver
    1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 chopped onion (very fine)
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to soften and then mix with onion and goose liver.
    Form a ball or log and decorate with slices of olives. Eat on Wheat Thins or your favorite cracker.
