Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. strawberries
    2 c. diced rhubarb
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pan with pastry. Combine the berries and rhubarb; mix the sugar and cornstarch. Add the egg; fold in the fruit and spoon mixture into the pie shell. Top with a lattice crust. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
