Creamy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    3/4 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 medium cucumber, diced fine
    1/4 c. mayo
Preparation
    Stir jello, boiling water, vinegar and salt until jello is dissolved.
    Refrigerate until mixture mounds slightly (approximately 20 to 30 minutes).
    Stir in sour cream, cucumber and mayo, then refrigerate until set (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
