Banana Salad Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. (heaping) peanut butter
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over well beaten egg.
    While hot, add peanut butter and salt.
    Makes about 1 pint.
    Serve over sliced bananas.
    Sauce may be kept in icebox for a good while.
