Sausage And Cabbage Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage (serving size pieces)
4 or 5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 large onion, thickly sliced
1 head cabbage
Preparation

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, layer ingredients in order listed.
Add enough water to steam.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook, covered, for approximately 30 minutes.
Continue to cook until desired tenderness.
