Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast or cakes
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening
    6 1/4 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix lukewarm water, sugar, salt and shortening together, then add yeast and egg.
    Next, add flour, saving 1 cup for kneading. After kneading for a few minutes, put in greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Punch down and let rise again, then make out into rolls.
    Let rise.
    Bake in greased pans at 400\u00b0 for 16 to 20 minutes or until nice and brown.
    This dough can be made and put in refrigerator the day before you need it.
