Smoked Oyster Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of onion powder
    1 (3.66 oz.) can smoked oysters, drained and chopped
    dried green onion
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; blend well. Stir in next 4 ingredients.
    Spread 1/4 inch thick on waxed paper. Chill at least 30 minutes.
    Spread oysters on cream cheese mixture and roll up jellyroll fashion.
    Roll log in dried green onion.
    Chill overnight.
    Cut in 1/2 inch slices.
    Serve with crackers.
    Yield:
    about 2 dozen slices.
