Easy Sausage And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Polish sausage
    1 can Ranch Style beans with jalapenos
    2 c. cooked rice
    basil and onion (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sliced sausage in approximately 6 cups of water for 1 hour, covered.
    Add beans and mix well.
    Sprinkle with basil and cook approximately 15 minutes on low heat, uncovered.
    In a cup or bowl, serve over cooked rice and top with raw chopped onion.
    Serve with cornbread.
