Onion Ring Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt into medium size bowl.
    Stir in egg, water, lemon juice and Wesson oil until blended.
    Dip onion rings in batter a few at a time and cook in hot oil, heated to 375\u00b0.
    Keep hot in oven until all are cooked.
