Breakfast Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bacon or sausage grease
    2 or 3 Tbsp. flour*
    2 c. milk and water (3 parts milk, 1 part water)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Use a whisk to stir flour into grease.
    (Grease should cover bottom of skillet.)
    Wait until it bubbles, then add milk.
    Stir constantly.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook on low.
