Lemon Fruit Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 3 lemons
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
Preparation
-
Cook first 3 ingredients in double boiler until thickened. Cool.
When ready to serve, add whipped cream.
Use over pineapple chunks and sliced bananas.
Will keep a week or more.
