Meat Loaf On A Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornflakes
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Crush the cornflakes and then mix in a large bowl with the other ingredients.
    Wrap a small quantity of the mixture around the end of a stick, making it long instead of into a round ball.
    Wrap foil around the meat and part of the stick to prevent the meat from falling into the coals.
    Place it over a bed of coals, turning it slowly to cook it evenly.
    Makes about 7 drumsticks.
    Serves 3 to 4.
