Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage or Polish kielbasa, sliced
    4 c. any vegetable or vegetable mix
    4 c. cooked rice or noodles
    1/2 c. cashew nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet.
    Remove and drain.
    In same pan cook vegetables until tender.
    Add sausage and nuts.
    Cook 2 minutes until warm.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
