Brandied Cherry Coffeecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cherry brandy
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine.
Beat until well blended.
Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
Combine dry ingredients, add to mixture alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into greased and floured 19 x 9-inch pan.
Mix brandy with cherries and spoon over batter.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
