3 Minute Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

olive oil
1 crushed garlic clove
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
oregano
spaghetti sauce (optional)
Preparation

In 8 to 9-inch frying pan, lightly cover bottom with olive oil.
Saute garlic until heated.
Add clams, juice and all. Cover with a light coating of oregano.
For red clam sauce, add 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce now.
Bring to boil, stirring often. Serve over pasta.
Makes 2 servings.
