Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix egg in cold water and vinegar.
With a fork, mix first 4 ingredients until they are mealy.
Add the rest and mix.
Mold with hands into a ball.
Chill at least 15 minutes before using. Makes crust for 2 pies.
