Low Calorie Snack Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. skim milk
1 tsp. granulated chicken bouillon
onion, salt and garlic to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender.
Will keep until expiration of cottage cheese.
Dip is especially good with cucumbers, celery, cauliflower and carrots.
