Melda'S Easy Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. Mt. Olive dill or kosher dill pickles
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice (optional)
Preparation
    Drain vinegar juice off
    of pickles and discard.
    Slice pickles back into empty jar.
    Mix the following thoroughly and pour over pickles:\tsugar,\tvinegar
    and
    pickling spice.
    Let stand a day or two before
    eating.\tPickles
    will be crisp and delicious.
