Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 to 16 oz.) can red salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
paprika
parsley
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin and bones.
In small bowl with electric mixer, beat the cream cheese with lemon juice, liquid smoke, horseradish, grated onion, salt and pepper until fluffy.
Stir in salmon. Chill thoroughly and shape into log. Chill several hours before serving.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley sprigs.
Serve with crackers. Makes 1 log.
