Hot Dutch Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 slices bacon
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.
Beat sugar into egg.
Stir in vinegar and water.
Add to bacon drippings in skillet.
Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add bacon.
Cool slightly before serving. Great for spinach salad.
Yields 1/2 to 3/4 cup.
