Spaghetti With Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pope artichoke hearts, cut in pieces (reserve liquid)
    1 lb. spaghetti
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In saucepan, add oil and pieces of garlic and artichoke hearts; saute for a few minutes.
    Add juice and let simmer another few minutes.
    Cook spaghetti and drain.
    Add artichoke sauce and mix. Serve with grated cheese.
    Serves 4.
