Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy.
    Add and mix pecans. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Add nuts and mix well.
    Place on buttered cookie sheet.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
