Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. instant rice
1/2 can water
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
Kitchen Bouquet
oregano
parsley

Preparation

Butter bottom and sides of casserole dish (9 x 13-inch). Spread evenly 1/2 package dried onion soup mix.
Spread evenly 1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute).
Sprinkle instant rice as next layer.
Spread remainder of dried soup mix.
Spread another can of cream of mushroom soup.
Pour 1/2 can water over last layer.
