Chili-Style Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless round roast
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray.
    Place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add roast and cook until browned on all sides. Sprinkle with salt and red pepper.
