Brioches (Rolls)(Makes 24 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. dry milk
    2/3 c. soft butter
    1 tsp. salt
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 lemon, grated rind
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
