Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 cans cherries or peaches
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Melt oleo in baking dish, then pour back into mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Pour batter into baking dish.
    Empty 2 cans cherries or peaches over batter.
    Pour sugar and hot water over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Try it. You will like it.
