Fiesta Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine corn, olives, pimento, onions and green pepper with eggs and seasonings.
    Add cracker crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
