Beet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can or 1 pt. beets, cooked and chopped
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Add
drained and mashed beets.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Bake in sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
