Pineapple Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. corn starch or flour
2 c. milk
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, well beaten
4 eggs, separated (save whites for meringue)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except 4 egg whites, and cook over low heat until thick.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
