Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. peeled and chopped apples
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip.
