Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
2 c. boiling water
1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 c. Kelloggs All-Bran
Preparation

Mix together 100% Bran and boiling water and soak.
Cream Crisco, sugar, eggs and buttermilk.
Add dry ingredients alternately, then add the 100% Bran/water mixture.
You can add raisins, dates, pineapple, etc.
Keeps covered in airtight container in refrigerator for 6 weeks or freeze.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
