Sweet Fried Ham Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ham steak
brown sugar
1/2 stick butter or margarine

Preparation

Grease skillet with butter. Put ham steak in skillet and sprinkle with brown sugar evenly.
Let cook. Turn over and sprinkle other side evenly and cook.
make sure there is enough butter in pan.
Cook to satisfaction.
