Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. cold milk
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour with all other dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Melt margarine, then cool it down with cold milk, then add to the dry ingredients.
    Add the eggs and beat with mixer until it is well mixed.
    Stir remaining flour into the mixture with a spoon.
