Ingredients

1 lg. Ripe Avocado
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened Cream Cheese
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 c. Canned Peaches or Apricots (well drained)
1/4 c. Maraschino Cherries, drained & chopped
1/2 c. Whipping Cream, whipped
Preparation

Dice avocado into a bowl.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Blend cheese with remaning lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise and salt.
Add fruit.
Fold in whipped cream.
Put in freezing tray and freeze 6-8 hours.
Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
Cut in squares to serve.
