Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a shaker bag.
    Wash potatoes and cut into wedges.
    Place several wedges at a time into shaker bag and turn to coat well.
    Place potatoes in a single layer in a large baking dish.
    Melt 1 stick margarine and drizzle over potatoes. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
