Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can salmon
    1 egg
    liquid from salmon + milk to make 3/4 c.
    1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Flake salmon; blend in egg.
    Stir in liquid from salmon and milk.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Spoon lightly into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
