Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb, 1/2-inch thick
1 pt. strawberries
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

In bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan, mix strawberries and rhubarb. In small bowl, stir cornstarch and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Add this to rhubarb mixture and stir well.
Stir remaining brown sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon.
Stir in margarine.
Sprinkle over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
