Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar (light)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg white
    55 to 78 pecan halves
Preparation
    Lightly spray cookie sheet. Beat egg white, sugar and vanilla. Beat until peaks form. Cover pecan halves. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cut oven off and let set in oven for 30 minutes.
