Kadiah Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    10 slices Arnold bread
    1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. mixed green peppers and onions
    2 c. milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Grease 16-inch dish.
    Dice four slices of bread.
    Put in bottom of dish.
    Mix crab, mayonnaise, onions and peppers.
    Put on top of diced bread.
    Trim crust from other 6 slices and place on top of crab mixture.
    Put beaten egg and milk mixture over bread.
    Let stand overnight or for a few hours.
    Pour soup over egg mix.
    Add cheese and butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
