Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. crab meat
3 slices bread
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. mashed white potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. pancake mix
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Soak bread in milk.
Mix with all remaining ingredients except crab meat.
Add crab meat and mix well but lightly.
Form into cakes and cook in melted butter or Crisco until both sides are brown.
