Fiery Grilled Shrimp On Sesame Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. red chile pepper flakes, or to taste
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. ginger, minced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
    1-1/4 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 lb. baby spinach
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar, or to taste
    1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
    2 limes, quartered, for garnish
Preparation
    Prepare the grill.
    In a small bowl, combine the red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, oil, salt and pepper; mix together well. Coat the shrimp generously with the rub and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
