Dutch Oven Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fat or salad oil
    1 lb. chuck, ground
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can vacuum packed whole kernel corn
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
    1/2 lb. medium noodles
    1/4 lb. natural Cheddar cheese, grated (1 c.)
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomatoes (3 1/2 c.)
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In hot fat in Dutch oven, cook chuck, stirring about 10 minutes.
    Stir in salt.
    Add black pepper, onions, green pepper, whole kernel corn and mushrooms.
    Top with uncooked noodles; sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese.
    Pour tomatoes over all. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
    Serve with grated Parmesan.
    Makes 8 servings.
