Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. butter
    3 c. White Lily plain flour
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    pinch of salt
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese.
    Add flour.
    Blend and form.
    Roll out; then cut with a small round cutter.
    (I use a shot glass.) Place pecan half on each biscuit.
    Bake slowly at 325\u00b0 until golden.
    Take up and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
