E Z Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak (1 to 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 medium onion
    fresh mushrooms (as desired)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut flank steak into 1/3's lengthwise, then slice each 1/3 across grain into very thin slices.
    Brown meat in large skillet with small amount of margarine.
    Move meat aside or remove.
