Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers
    1 small red onion
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Pare and slice cucumbers and onions thin.
    Separate onion slices into rings.
    Add salt, let stand 1/2 hour.
    Then squeeze out liquid and place cucumbers in bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients, pour over cucumbers.
    Refrigerate until served. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
