Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. crushed saltines
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in baking dish.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Drain off fat 1 or 2 times during cooking.
