Fried Banana Peppers(As "Hall'S On The River") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    banana peppers
    sweet milk
    flour
    cracker crumbs
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Clean, seed and cut in half lengthwise the peppers.
    Dip in sweet milk; roll in flour and roll in cracker crumbs.
    Allow to dry, then again dip in sweet milk; roll in flour and roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in canola oil.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve hot.
